Graham has been employed in the travel industry for the majority of his working life in one way or another. He set up the hosted buyer programme on the Business Travel Show in 2012 and has run this for the last four years, working to increase the number and quality of the hosted buyers and ensuring that they have a positive and seamless experience at the event. His previous exhibitions experience was working on the hosted buyer programme for one of the largest MICE exhibitions in the world.
Previously Graham worked for HRG for 15 years servicing a number of blue chip companies, in between working for HRG and exhibitions he worked for a private company where one of his roles was organising a number of their corporate hospitality events each year. Graham is an organiser and a customer service focused person wanting to provide an excellent experience for his clients.
